Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 1780

The arrow's power was intense, slicing right through the door behind them with a loud, jarring noise. Fiona took a quick look at the group and turned to Jasmine. "Make sure they're safe," she said.

Jasmine was known for her fighting skills, and Tyler and Nash could hold their own, leaving Shelly and Jane in need of protection. With Jasmine around, they should be okay.

Fiona shot a playful glance at Jackson next to her. "I've never had the chance to fight side by side with you before."

"Let's keep it that way if we can help it," he replied.

Just then, a group of men dressed in black emerged from the shadows, their movements sharp and precise, clearly the result of serious training. They were no pushovers.

Jackson sprang into action, delivering a powerful kick that floored one of the attackers, leaving him gasping and spitting blood.

Fiona didn't plan to jump in-these black-clad assassins were no match for Jackson. Her focus was on Josie. Only Fiona could put an end to Josie's tyranny.

At that moment, Fiona sensed a rush of wind behind her. A whip cracked through the air, aimed directly at her. She deftly sidestepped and rolled, coming face to face with Josie.

Under the bright lights, Josie was gripping her whip tightly, clearly annoyed that her attack had missed. With newfound determination, she lashed out again. Armed with her whip, Josie felt a surge of confidence against the seemingly unarmed Fiona.

Every bit of humiliation Josie had endured from Fiona in the past was about to be repaid today.

The whip snapped down like lightning, but Fiona didn't even flinch. She caught it with one hand and gave a powerful tug, sending Josie flying. Though it looked easy, Fiona had put all her strength into that pull.

Josie hit the ground hard, nearly losing consciousness from the pain. Quickly recovering, she discarded the whip. If long-range didn't work, she'd take the fight up close-she was undefeated in close combat.

With a fierce determination, she

charged at Fiona, leaving Shelly and Jane wide-eyed in astonishment. They were heiresses used to a rebellious lifestyle, not unfamiliar with street fights, but they'd never seen someone fight with such skill and decisiveness. noveldrama

Soon enough, Fiona and Josie were locked in a fierce struggle, while Jackson was holding his ground against his opponents. Jasmine, meanwhile, was effortlessly dispatching her two or three assailants.

"How are you all so good at this? Seriously, Jasmine! When did you learn to fight

like that? Teach me!" Shelly blurted out, frozen in awe.

Jane was equally taken aback, suddenly realizing how trivial her past squabbles with Fiona had been. Fiona had saved her life-a debt she owed gratitude for. If Fiona had chosen to fight back then, Jane doubted she could have held her own.

She exhaled a sigh of relief, thankful that fate had spared her.

were still going at it. Fiona sprang off a small stone beneath her, launching into the air to deliver powerful kick to Josie's chest. Though Josie instinctively raised her arms to block, the impact sent her stumbling backward several steps before she managed to steady herself.
