Charlotte’s body swayed precariously in the air while the torrents of water surged below.

Charlotte’s face was wet with tears. While she struggled desperately, Jessi leisurely videoed the scene while saying mockingly, “She stinks. Wash her up. How dare this pest from the gutter be in the same class as me! She is overestimating herself.”

As she spoke, Jessi submerged Charlotte into the river repeatedly, almost drowning her.
