Shunned By An Alpha, Cherised By A Lycan

Chapter 207

Chapter 207:

She nodded, too spent to speak, her breathing ragged as she rested against the wall. I couldn’t stop myself from kissing her again, my lips brushing her temple as I gently turned her to face me. Her cheeks were flushed, her eyes hazy with satisfaction, and it was the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen.

But I wasn’t done. Not even close.

“Not done with you yet, Vixen,” I murmured against her lips, lifting her effortlessly. Her legs wrapped around my waist as I carried her out of the shower and into the bedroom.

I laid her down on the bed, my eyes raking over her, memorizing every curve, every mark on her skin. She was perfect, and she was mine.

“Tell me what you want,” I said, my fingers tracing lazy circles on her thigh. Her body shivered under my touch, her breath hitching as I moved closer to her core.

“I need you,” she whispered, her voice trembling with need. “Inside me. Now.”

I grinned, leaning down to capture her lips in a searing kiss.

“As you wish, my queen.”

I watched Jasmine as she lay sprawled across the bed, her body trembling with the aftershocks of pleasure. Her hair was a mess, her skin flushed, her chest rising and falling with ragged breaths. She looked like a goddess, and I felt like the luckiest man alive.

“I love you, Jasmine,” I murmured, my voice low and raw. The words slipped out without thought, but I didn’t regret them. She deserved to know.

Her eyes softened, her lips curving into a tender smile that made my heart ache.

“I love you too, Ryder,” she replied, her voice steady and sure.

Those words—those three little words—hit me harder than anything else ever had. I leaned down, kissing her softly, pouring everything I felt into that kiss.

“I’m never letting you go,” I whispered, my voice rough with emotion. “I’ll protect you, cherish you, love you. Always.”

I held her close, her body curled against mine. I knew I meant every word. She was my everything.

Luna Anna’s POVnoveldrama

The moon hung low in the sky, a pale sentinel casting its silvery glow over the forest. My cloak billowed behind me as I moved swiftly through the trees, my footsteps silent against the soft earth. The crisp air stung my face, but I welcomed it—it kept me alert. I had waited long enough, biding my time in this wretched packhouse, pretending to care about Jasmine’s antics. Tonight, I was taking matters into my own hands.

Isabel didn’t know I was coming. That was intentional. Seraphina was useful, but she couldn’t be trusted with everything. Some plans were best executed in shadows, away from prying eyes. If I wanted Isabel to see me as an ally, I had to approach her in her element—her sanctuary.

The forest gave way to a small clearing, and there it stood: a modest cottage tucked away from the world, its windows glowing faintly with the light of a fire inside. Isabel’s home. I paused, pulling my hood lower, and surveyed the area. No guards, no wards. She was reckless. Either she underestimated her enemies, or she believed herself untouchable. Foolish.

I stepped forward, my hands brushing the faint outline of the small vial tucked in my cloak pocket. A precaution, nothing more.

The door creaked as I pushed it open, the sound cutting through the quiet night. Inside, the warmth of the fire greeted me, along with the faint scent of herbs and something sweeter—lavender, perhaps. Isabel was seated by the hearth, a book in her lap, her face illuminated by the flickering flames. She looked up, startled, her eyes narrowing when she saw me.

“Luna Anna,” she said, her voice a mixture of surprise and suspicion. “What are you doing here?”

I stepped inside, closing the door behind me. “We need to talk,” I said simply, lowering my hood.
