The Biker’s Mafia Princess (Angel and Savage)

Maverick POV.

I called Scythe with what I had found and he told me to return to the clubhouse after three weeks of searching and following leads. I rode like a bat out of hell to get back. No sooner had I returned I was called into Church. I had found a lead after one of the clubs I went to told me about this annual auction.

My gut was telling me this is where they would take Harmony. The DeAngelis children and the Mother's Revenge have been busting auctions across the country since they split the teams up and each took down an auction. So far, twelve have been closed down in three weeks.

The rest of the club had travelled to other clubs, but the clubs I went to are into darker things. They, too, were destroyed. I am not called Outlaw for nothing. More like their executioner.

I walk in to the clubhouse. Melody is at school that the ole ladies had set up for the school-age kids to attend with the help of the local schools. The town knows when we go into lockdown it means it's bad and they help with groceries and education. The local sheriff's department also help with leads. I have missed her so much. I have face timed with her every night and I can't wait to hold her in my arms again.

The club keeps the trouble from the streets and even if the police wanted to take us down, they can't. For them it is too much of a headache, so they leave us to it as long as we help keep the streets safe and the residents happy.

"What did you find out?" Straight to it as I walk in and the brothers are all here. I'm exhausted and need food, a shower and sleep.

"Here." I slide the phone over to Rebel and she picks it up and looks at the information. She picks up her phone and calls I'm assuming, Alessa, who is retired, but everyone has come together to find Harmony.

Rebel looks at me and nods her head once as she hangs up.

"The auction is happening in New York. On New Year's Eve. We need to get there and meet with Alessa and her team. She will inform Alexandra, Gabriella, and Tito DeAngelis, and they will meet us there." She says and I nod my head and so do the brothers. They clap me on my shoulder.

"Good work Outlaw. I suggest you stay and rest ..."

"No, I will rest when I have her home. I made a promise to Melody I would bring her home and I will not break that promise, not now, not ever. So when do we leave?" I say even though I am exhausted, I need to get to her, and fast.

New Year's Eve is tomorrow, and it will be a long ride to New York. Melody will understand, so with that, I know I will have to shower and eat before we leave.

"We won't be taking the bikes. My momma and uncles have a couple of private jets and they will be ready in two hours to take off. So we all know what will happen? We get to New York, lie low. Then we attack the auction and everyone inside will be captured and brought to justice. But I want the Son's Of Hades alive." Rebel tells us all, the plan is simple and effective, I like it.

"Pack what y'all will need and meet us out front in an hour. Dismissed." Rebel says and we all pile out. I go in search of Melody. I need to see her, even if it is only for a short while. I missed Christmas and feel shit about it. I sent money to Michelle and told her what I wanted to buy for Melody, and she got it sorted for me. That woman is a saint. I hope Hound knows how lucky he is to have her as his ole lady.

"Daddy!” I turn and see my little girl running towards me. I scoop her up in my arms and hug her tight.noveldrama

"I missed you Melly." I say and she holds me tighter before she lifts her head and I kiss her all over her face and she giggles. Yeah, definitely need a shave.

"Daddy, that tickles." She looks around, and I know she is looking for Harmony and her face falls.

"Where is Harmony?" She asks, and my heart cracks.

"I'm going to get her soon. She will be home tomorrow. I had to come here first. I missed you, my little baby." I say to her and she smiles at me and claps her hands in excitement before she wrinkles her little nose at me.

"Daddy, you are smelly." She says and I laugh as I put her down and nod my head.

"Yeah, daddy really needs a shower before I go with Rebel to get Harmony back. So tell me what you have been up to." I say to her and she tells me what she has been doing and how she has been helping Michelle and Ginger and everyone. She thanked me again for her Christmas presents and it broke my heart that this was her first real Christmas and I was away for it. I will make it up to her and Harmony.

Michelle comes over and tells Melody that I had to go and eat and shower before going to get Harmony. Melody nodded her head and placed her hands on her hips, popping her hip to the side. Just like Michelle does.

"Ok, now daddy go and eat, shower and get ready to get Harmony. I have to go. See you later and be good daddy or else." I hide the smile and nod my head seriously at her as she gives me one last kiss and hug and walks off like a little diva.

"She is doing really well here, Mav. She has really come into her own." Michelle tells me and I thank her again before I head to the kitchen and grab some buffet food that has been made and eat as I walk to the bedroom I had when Melody and I first came here. Sure enough, my things are here. Well, the clothes I didn't take and I finish eating and shower and change.

Grabbing what I need, I leave the room and find the rest of the club all ready and waiting. We leave the clubhouse and climb into the convoy of armoured cages and drive out towards the airfield.
