The Biker’s Mafia Princess (Angel and Savage)

Book 3 Chapter 29.

Harmony POV.

It has been three weeks since Mav and I slept together, and everything has been going amazingly well. Everyone was super happy for us and little Melody was made up that her daddy and I were together.

Mav is so gentle and loving and it still amazes me that for such a big burly guy, he has that soft side of him, the side only Melody and I are privileged to see.

Mav is currently on a club run and I am in my happy place. Books and Brews. Catching up with paperwork. I'm pretty sure Harry has been sneaky putting some of the orders for the club owned businesses in with what I have to do. I swear that big brother of mine is a lazy ass, but I don't mind helping in any way I can.

The mommy, daddy and me sessions have grown in popularity and so I have had to expand on the days for these sessions. We have another event happening this weekend to raise funds for the children's hospital and the local women's shelter. We donate what we can to both. The local community also helps with their own fund raisers. Of course, the club is a massive part of this organisation. Holding some of the larger events at the clubhouse.

So this weekend's event will be held at the clubhouse because it is not only for the children, but I have also invited the women from the shelter. They, too, deserve to have some fun. Most of those women have fled domestic violence in some form. The shelter gives them the help they need and the resources to get them and their children back on track.

This weekend's theme is a Candy Wonderland theme. The old ladies and locals have all helped. We even have some children's characters coming to join in. It will be a fantastic event and I'm super excited to join in.

Melody has been talking to me and her dad about what she wants to wear and what she is going to play and eat. I chuckled when she told me what she would like.

Melody didn't have a lot of fun before she came here. No friends, no kids her own age. The love she only knew was from Lucky and some of the nicer member of the Sons Of Hades and then her daddy. Even though the club members absolutely love her, she is not spoilt. She is still kind-hearted and loves to help where she an.

The bell above the door tinkles as I look to see who has walked in smiling to greet the newcomer, but that smile freezes on my face.

Dana. Lucky's mother. Well, if can call her that, she abandoned him in that hell hole to be raised by his father, and we all know that Hank did a bang-up job at that. We should be grateful that Lucky turned out the way he did and not become like his old man.

"Dana, you were told to stay away from this state. Why are you here?" I ask as I walk around the counter to stand in front of her. She looks haggard, tired, broken.

"That is none of your business. I am here to see my son. You can't stop me from seeing him. I am his mother and you, you are nothing but a club whore." She spits, literally spits in my face. I stand there shocked for a few moments when the door opens and she smiles at me as four big men walk in.

"You need to leave, you and them. Leave before shit gets ugly. Trust me, you don't want that to happen. You were given a chance to leave with your life and now you're back here to see your son, when he told you himself he was done with you and never wanted to see you again. So, leave on your own accord or hell will rain down on you and your goons." I tell her as calmly and authoritative as I can.

I should be angry she called me a whore, but in all honesty, it doesn't. Some people see me in a club and automatically assume that I am. But this bitch has big balls, and she has lost her damn mind coming back to the state and into my shop thinking she has any right to be here.

I look from her to the four big goons and just glare at them. I go to speak when the rumble of pipes makes itself known to me and I smirk, knowing it will be the club. So I fold my arms over my chest and just wait for the club to park their bikes. "Dana, maybe we should..."

"Oh no you don't. She bought you four here to cause trouble. Did she tell you whose territory this is?" I ask, looking from goon one to goon four, and they look at each other, confused.

"Dana, what is she talking about?" Goon two asks and I smile all predator like as I look at Dana.

"Yeah, Dana, what am I talking about? Let me think." I tap my chin as I see the bikes park up.

"Ohhh, that's it. This is Princes Of Darkness territory and you think I am a club whore? Well, you're wrong. So tell me, goon squad. Did she tell you why we booted her out?" I ask, looking at them just as the door opens and they turn to see my dad's, brother and my man standing behind them. Perfect timing.

"Well, look who we have here, boys." My dad Dylan says as dad Dante, Mav, and Harry surround these idiots.

"Hi baby," Mav says to me and throws his arm over my shoulder and kisses the side of my head.

"Hey." I say, wrapping my arm around his waist.

"Dana, let's go. We shouldn't have followed your word," Goon three says to her with a hiss in his tone.

"No, you shouldn't have. You all followed her here because what? She told you she wanted to see her son? Her husband?" Mav says with a chuckle as he watches Dana squirm. She backs away slowly and I step towards her.

She looks from me to goon one and nods her head once and he throws the first punch. Mav moves me away as my family fights with the goons and I try to get to Dana, but she is gone.

The goons got in a few cheap shots and escaped.

"Mother fucker, he kicked me in the happy sack." Harry says as he clutches his junk groaning like a baby on his knees. I roll my eyes and help him stand before going to the freezer in the back and grabbing an ice pack.noveldrama

"They were here for Lucky. Well, that's what Dana said, but I think it is more than that." I say, as Mav checks me over for any injury. He won't find any. They didn't hurt me. Ok she spat in my face, which is disgusting, but there was nothing physical.

It's not like she slapped me or anything. But still it's gross. I walk back inside the back to the bathroom and wash my face. Dirty bitch.

I know I will see her again. She won't give up. But I don't think she is here for Lucky or Hank. I think she is here for something else. To cause trouble and bringing those goons with her only just proves that. But those men weren't bikers.

They looked sharp in their clean cut clothes like business men. They weren't mafia because every mafia family knows of my family. They wouldn't be stupid enough to go against us. They know it would mean their deaths.

Goon one looked familiar, but where had I seen him before? I stare at my reflection in the little mirror above the sink, closing my eyes racking my brain to think where I have seen him before.

I open my eyes, more confused than ever. This is going to drive me mad. I hate it when I know I've seen someone before, but not where I have seen them from.

"You ok?" Mav asks from behind me and I smile at him through the mirror and nod my head.

"Those men with her. Have you seen them before? I can't think where I have seen them before." I say before I turn and walk into his arms. He kisses my head once more and I hug him.

“No baby, I can't remember seeing them before, but it will come to you. Now come on, let's close up early and head home." He says and I sigh, knowing he is right. It will come to me, eventually. There is this nagging, niggling feeling that whoever these men are, we will see them again.
